Why MFA?
MFA protects your account even if your password is stolen.
Steps
- Install Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator on your phone.
- In the support portal, open Security & MFA from your profile menu.
- Scan the QR code and enter the 6-digit code to confirm.
If you change phones, contact support to reset MFA.
